Q: Just purchased yesterday. Assembled this evening. Half of lights in base of snowman and all lights in head of snowman will not light up. Tried to check fuses but cannot get them removed from plug. Suggestions as to why it will not light up completely?

A: Sorry, I cannot help. All 3 parts are pre wired and attached and on all 3 snowmen that I bought have all light up for the past 2 seasons and look awesome. Perhaps a call or email to the manufacturer could help. Best for the Holidays Brian :-)

Q: How can I find out why only half of the lights are burning? I checked both fuses, and I cannot see any burned lamp(s)

A: It may be difficult to find out the defective bulb within the body of the snowman. May suggest to get the product exchange within the warranty with the receipt if you cannot locate the defective bulb(s).

Q: Hib Snow man falls all the time. Any solutions on how to get it to more stable ? also missing tie wraps and anchors .

A: Thanks for reaching out. We would recommend to insert the metal rods into the matching holes for the upper and lower body and then fasten them together with the plastic ties. This would help to stabilize the snowman.
