Online order says tires fit our vehicle when they don’t.

These tires may be good quality but it states online that they fit our vehicle which they do not. Made an online order which was supposed to arrive in 2-5 days. Had to wait 22 days to have them installed then another couple of days to have them swapped out for ones that fit. Couldn’t drive the vehicle all this time.
