I wanted this for deep cleaning the hard floor which is textured. The only thing you have to remember is to go slow. Works as expected. The only reason for 4 star is that I purchased the same one a couple of years ago and only used it twice and it fails to steam very good. Steams really good from the new one.

So far so good. Easy to use - although I don’t know where to put the scented disks yet. I recommend getting extra mop heads because when they get dirty they’re not as effective - makes sense 😊

I have used to twice since purchase and it has totally impressed me. It removes paw prints and people prints with ease from our real ash hardwood floor with a Matt finish. Much faster than a mop or the wet jet. Wish the cord was just a couple of feet longer.

Marks on my laminate floors that I didn't think would ever be removed just melted away! Amazing for high traffic areas like the kitchen floor, what a difference it makes. I'm buying one for my mother too!

A: Distilled water is not water that has been boiled and then left to cool. Distilled water is the condensed steam from boiling water. Always used distilled water in this product otherwise mineral deposits will build up on the inside and clog small openings that are meant to pass only steam.

A: Yes it has a rear brush that can flip down for tough scuff marks and I generally use the medium setting for hardwood and occassionally the high setting.

A: No, this replaces your conventional mop, really does a great job…just starts to fail working after 3-6 months, I’ve gone through 3 replacements and just sent the last one back to Bissel last week.
