Acheter il y a une quinzaine de jours.,je ne pensais pas que cet appareil serait aussi pratique et très fonctionnel. Il paraît lourd mais se fait tracter par ses propres rouleaux 3 niveaux de nettoyage qui est très intéressant mobilité très satisfaisante entretien très rapide. Très bon produit.

The cleaner is ok. But the endless emails from Dyson even after I unsubscribed from them are extremely annoying. These companies and their marketing geniuses don’t understand that they are losing all goodwill towards their products.

Not great for pet hair?

Had for a few months. Not quite as easy to use as I thought. I don’t think it’s really designed to cope with homes that have pets? Needs a lot of cleaning after every use. Need to rinse rollers and plates etc otherwise the next use is not so efficient and leaves too much water behind. Great clean but lots of other cleaning up!

Waste of money

Not happy with the wash G. It leaves streak marks on my tiles floor. Does not scrub off any marks. I bought by to make my life easier but it has caused more work. I had to use my manual mop after using wash g. Not at all happy with this Dyson. I have been very loyal to Dyson, but this one is a mere disappointment.
