I bought this COLLECTORS item for my daughter and had it shipped to me. Instead of protecting in and putting it in a shipping box they just put it in a bag and it came damaged! No offer for a refund, replacement, or cover for my charges! Instead I just keep getting the run around and how I need to go to a store myself and ask for them to cover the shipping cost even though it came from another store. Customer service is terrible. The stores don’t want to cover the cost of the shipping that didn’t come from their store. No one wants to take accountability. And customer service is no help.

This was a gift for my daughter.She collects Holiday Barbies.This Barbie arrived in excellent condition. I had ordered another Holiday Barbie from one your competitors & when it arrived a corner of the box was crushed.

This year's 2025 Holiday Barbie all thought pretty seams to lack the quality in the detail of her gown and jewelry. The bow should have had a broach or jewelry of some kind. Her earrings are not the right color and they are plastic. The fabric looks cheap. For a collectors piece Mattel could have done better.
