Q: Has the formula for this product changed? Up until about five years ago, l sprayed, waited, rinsed. Perfect result every time. Now the product smells different, requires a lot of scrubbing & multiple applications. Not as effective, we stopped buying.

Q: Can you use the Zep shower grout cleaner around real stone?

A: Natural stone surfaces should be avoided as they are susceptible to damage. Try Zep Industrial Cleaner with Vinegar Item# (153-1502-6) to remove tough stains from shower tile and grout. Always test cleaner in a hidden area before use and allow to dry to determine compatibility.

A: Not really. It’s better to scrub. The tough part will be dealing with the caustic smell for long enough to properly scrub or rinse the stuff off.
