Garden hose reel for indoor use.

My old one was from Canadian Tire also, but was say 20 years old . The handle broke, but was still doing its job. Even though sometimes water was sleeping through as I was winding the hose, but was it wasn’t bothering me. This new one it’s identical ( different brand ), but the little white grease wasn’t supplied in the box. So I had some & applied right away. & so far so good. I only used it twice I think.

Q: Can the handle be mounted on the left side?

A: I have no idea. I returned the hose reel because it was VERY difficult to turn the handle to unroll and roll up the hose.

Q: Wall-mount hose reel model 059-7188-4. Assembly instructions say to "thread female end of leader hose into supply tube." The end of the supply hose does not have a thread, so how would I screw on the female end of the leader hose?

A: There are 2 hose ends if you look closely. The short one attaches to your hose and the long one attaches to your house tap

A: Hose capacity: 225 feet (69 m) of 5/8 inches (16mm) according to the advertised ' features'. the 6 foot hose(that comes with the purchase) is NOT the leader hose. BTW : leader hose means HOSE CAPACITY. ie it dose NOT comes with the purchase
