I generally like Yardworks but this shovel cracked at the joint after only a few months of work. Now, I'm not a small man and I put a fair bit of force on shovels, but this shovel died too easily.

A shovel is a tool

What does one say about a shovel?
Well, it’s a medium sized garden tool of which its primary intended use is digging in the dirt. In the case of the author, twas employed initially for digging numerous weeds & roots from where weeds are not desirable growth. Said digging instrument will be kept for further garden ventures.

Q: Can you buy replacement plastic D handles for Yardworks products I have 3 yardworks shovels where after a couple of years of sun exposure - the d handle becomes brittle and breaks/cracks - hate to just throw them away

A: This product carries a 5 year exchange warranty only against defects in workmanship and materials when accompanied by proof of purchase. Replacement parts are not available.
