Yardworks 250’ Round Trimmer Line is tested for durability and abrasion to ensure a superior cutting performance over the course of the trimmer line’s life. Yardworks trimmer line is tested for a multitude of strengths and weaknesses, and round-shaped line specifically demonstrates a higher durability than other shapes. The line provides premium flexibility first, and delivers superior edging performance against the likes of wood, concrete, and metal surfaces. The line can be installed in almost any compatible grass trimmer, so long as it accepts a trimmer line of 0.065” (1.6 mm) diameter.

Not a bad product overall. A bit on the thin side, therefore it wears down/breaks easier, but it’s just fine for most house uses. But, it’s only 250 metres now as opposed to 300 m that it used to be, for 50% more money! However, inflation is only sitting at 1.5%, right?

A great sized trimmer line pak as 250 ft will last me for two summers of weed whacking. Although at the end of two years this line gets brittle.
