Q: Weight restriction How much weight can this handle?

A: The box says 800lb, BUT, you would have to be very careful with that weight. The frame is fairly light tubing, it would not take much to collapse the entire thing if you went off a curb a bit crooked. The mesh is also pretty light. If you are hauling rocks of any weight they would have to be gently set down, or the bottom would be destroyed. That said, I bought one to use for moving dock sections,(appx 200lbs). It saved a lot of back pain.

Q: Are tools needed for assembly, or is it just a series of pins?

A: Someone else stated there is wrenches included in the package for assembly but there is none included! There is a couple sizes of lock nuts that you need your own wrenches for but assembly is very easy.

Q: Can I hitch it up with my Pontiac G5 sedan and use it as a short diatance trailer on the road (home <-> Canadian Tire stores)? Any road restrictions?

Q: just started putting it together; all the bolts are way too long and the lock nuts won't reach the end to secure it properly? are they supposed to be like that??? makes NO sense; will return if I can't put it together properly :(

Q: Can the sides fold down flat? When the sides are "folded down" as per the product description, do they sit level with the bed surface (so you essentially get a larger bed with no sides)?

A: The sides fold and hang downwards perpendicular to the ground. The bed is never larger than the dimensions of the bed when the sides are upright. Place a piece of plywood on it if you want it bigger...

A: Try using the foam insulation that is used on copper water pipe. I have used this for replacement handles on many things. Works great.

Q: Liner for cart I want to buy this cart and am looking for the liner that goes inside. (I used to own the cart and liner before but it got left behind when we moved). Could you order the liner?

A: The liner came with it, but If I had to replace the liner I would just go to our local hardware store and buy some of the roll rubber stuff that they sell for the floors in your vehicle.
