It is ideal for repairing a 1/2-inch water hose. The worm gear hose clamp allows you to change the diameter during the fixing or repair job. To repair a broken or bent hose, cut 6 inches back on both ends of the hose from where it is damaged. After sliding the clamps over the hose pipe joiner, tighten them with a slotted screwdriver. This garden hose joiner comes with a 2-year warranty.

Q: Would this work to join two hoses together? We have two 1/2” hoses and the threads don’t match well, causing them to leak. I was thinking of cutting both ends off and joining them with this device. Thanks!
