    Good Hose when uncoiled

Hose works great overall but was initially tough to unravel from packaging in the cold. it stayed coiled up. after third time it was pretty well straight

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Convenient, but short on length.

Great hose to use. But the length measurements are misleading. If u need a 50ft hose , take the 75ft option.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Worst hose I have ever owned. Kinked so bad after the first use, I took it back the next day. Would not recommend to anyone. Spend a few extra $ and get a rubber hose.

No, I do not recommend this product.

    Hi,
We're sorry that your experience with our product doesn't meet your expectation.
To solve the kinking issue, laying the hose as flat as possible and leave it in the sun for at least an hour. This will soften the hose material and makes it easier to work with. FLEXON_INDUSTRIES

Q: is this hose drinking water safe

    2 Answers
    • A: I don't know if it's rated for that. When I was growing up we always drank out of the garden hose in the hot summer, I'm still alive and kicking. :)

Q: I purchased this hose with the yardworks spray handle. I can't get it attached! Is there supposed to be a coupling too?

    • A: I dont think so. I was able to attach my spray handle to it but maybe that’s an older version.

Q: So I wrote a review and got a comment back from the company. One needs a sense of humour. To use the product we need to empty it after each use and prior to use, lay it out in the sun for an hour. Each time you use it... My question: Are you serious?

    1 Answer
    • A: lol... no. the hose is very flexible but like any hose it might stiffen up in the colder weather. it is also very light which is nice for the wife and kids when they are using it. humour is everything. the couplings on the ends make it easy to change out the nozzles.great buy on sale

Q: Follow up question: if I have to cut the hose, is there a repair kit for this type of hose?

    1 Answer
    • FLEXON Product Expert

A: Hi, Thank you for submitting your question. Hose repair kits are widely available in home improvement stores. However, please note that cutting the hose would automatically void the manufacturer's warranty.

Q: I bought my yardiworks hose last year and attached melnor sprayer head I have, when I tried to remove it a few weeks after purchasing, I was unable to remove the melnor - what should I do?

A: Hi, Thank you for submitting your question. Without seeing the state of the connection joint, it's hard to determine what's causing the issue. You can try spraying lubricant into the threading and use plyers to separate.

A: Hi, Thank you for submitting your question. If the threading on the hose coupling is causing this issue, you can exchange the hose at the store where you purchase the hose from.
