Totally cracked and separated at the base. Is there some kind of refund we can get? And yet Yardworks continues to sell this. Brutal.

The base, where the hose screws in, is plastic. It cracked at the end of summer. It hasn't been 90 days so i returned it and got a metal one.

Design fraud! Cracked twice

Within 2 monthes, water leaks from a 1/4" crack on the grip (connecing to hose). Exchanged one but cracked again in a month at the same spot. Must be a design problem. So returned and got a new brand. CT's policy is good though.

Poor Quality - Breaks After a Few Uses

I bought this Yardworks nozzle when it was on sale a couple of months ago. After no more than 10 uses since then, today the plastic at the base of the nozzle cracked and started to leak like crazy. It is no longer usable. Before wasting my money, I should have read the other reviews which report the same poor quality. Never again will I buy this product and I strongly do not recommend it.
