Not Bad at First

Purchased this mower last summer (2013) and didn't have any issues with it except it was a little hard for myself and my daughters to assemble, but it sounds like the assembly is easier this year. We, however, have not been able to get it to start yet this year. Will have to have someone look at it for us, but we only used it about 7-8 times last summer, so it is disappointing to have problems with it so soon.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Doing its job

I have bought this lawn mower last year. Do not expect a great power or big cutting area. Do not expect to do the corners either. The handle is too large to cut the grass near the house. If you have a small lawn, as I have, it's the perfect tool. Not expensive and it is doing the job it was intended to.
Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase.

quand vous avez terminé de couper votre gazon avec votre tondeuse sans fil ne laisser jamais la batterie à l'intérieur de la tondeuse retirer là et remiser là dans un endroit au sec loin de la chaleur comme ça elle va vous durer des années elle va garder sa charge c'est ce que je fais.

I paid $99 for this lil' mower over 9 years ago.
I only sharpened the blade once. My bad.
It performed flawlessly the whole time I owned it.
It gave up the ghost this morning so off to buy another one. On sale for $89, woot woot.

A: Elle fonctionne environ 20-30 minutes, Donc non. Vous pouvez acheter une batterie de rechange à 99.99$ chez Canadian Tire, pour avoir 2 batterie fonctionnel. Au total cela revient au même prix final d'une tondeuse à essence mais beaucoup plus pratique et surtout sans odeur d'essence. Les premières charges dur moins longtemps. Avec juste une batterie, elle est parfaite pour faire le travail là ou le tracteur à gazon ne le fait pas (fossé ou pieds d'arbres)

A: Not sure about a downloadable manual, but there is a chute cover on the back of the mower and a mulch plug which you need to remove.

Q: Does this item have a rechargeable battery as some of the consumer reviews say? I thought it was electric, with a cord. Canadian Tire isn't removing the conflicting reviews, so I am confused.

A: There is no battery on mine, just the electric cord with a safety switch. If you release the handle, it stops instantly. The handles are very ergodynamic. It is the easiet mower I have ever used. On sale now for $90, so what could be better!

Q: reattaching mulch plug - it came loose and instructions does not show wear it installs.

A: Hi saskguy. Thank you for your question. When you are wanting to use the mulching feature, simple install the mulch plug into the unit. Ensuring the unit is disconnected from the power supply, lift the rear door/flap and insert the mulch plug into the back of the unit. We hope this helped!
