Yardworks 420cc CVT Gas Engine Lawn Tractor, Reverse Mow, 42-in

Got the lawn tractor home to try it out. Not what we need. It gets stars as a product, but as for Canadian Tire, no stars on this one. At no time were we told it couldnt be returned!! Its not large enough for our needs. It is confusing to drive. There are too many gears, gadgets and operating buttons. Its hard to tell in the store exactly what size things are, be it a fry pan or a lawn tractor. I called the store to explain our situation, and was basically told tough. Yes it has 15 minutes on the engine, and yes it has fuel in it. So you take it to the garage that's part of the store and drain it. Drop the price 10% and let your customers know your policy. This is big ticket item!! Canadian Tire has built its reputation on its improved service... For any purchase that is not returnable, the customer needs to know. Any purchase that doesn't fit the stores normal policy needs to be conveyed to the customer. We're out over $2,000 and aren't getting anywhere with the store or the manufacturer. The lawn tractor works great, but it simply isn't suitable for our needs

Tractor works well and am satisfied with it. I did find some things not tightened nuts and bolts. so go over the tractor before using to check for loose bolts, deck level, and all linkage.

I bought this tractor a few weeks ago as I had the old version and loved it for 17 years. I love my new tractor. It starts great, cuts very well, drives smoothly, and looks great. The service provided to me through the Manager was literally the best customer service I have ever had for anything. I am very grateful. Thank you.

Great lawn tractor at a great price. Loads of power.
