Cheap Lawnmower, Awful Customer Service

I bought this lawnmower towards the end of last summer, it lasted roughly 5 mows. The plastic holding the handles in place began to snap early and one of the bolts holding the lid on place snapped inside it's causing, making it impossible to remove. The lid dislodges when you attempt to start the mower, making it unusable. When contacting customer service about this, they told me there was nothing they could do. Awful purchase, stay away if you can
No, I do not recommend this product.

Bag doesn’t get filled up

Starts very easy pushes nice. The only issue I have is it doesn’t seem to fill the bag full. It’s gets about 3/4 full than kinda plugs at the opening of the bag.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience Krista. Your mower's 3-n-1 blade is engineered to balance the side-discharge, bagging and mulching functions of this versatile mower. Occasionally vaccuum or blow out the grass bag with compressed air to maximize airflow, mow late in the day when grass is dry taking off no more than 1/3 of the grass blades at a time. Reducing ground speed can help with bagging efficiency. Some users have praised the excellent bagging performance of Canadian Tire's Extreme mower blade item #060-7148-4 from the same manufacturer, you might consider adding it to your arsenal for bagging duty.

I bought this a month ago. I use it to cut lawns semi professionally. Would recommend it. Easy to use. Easy to start. Picks up all the clippings. Got it on sale for $200 off. Would definitely purchase again.

Q: Yardworks 3-in-1 Push Lawn Mower, 22-in with the Honda 160cc engine. The user manual mentions a separate Engine Operator’s Manual for additional engine information. I did not find it in the box and cannot find it online. Where can I get it?

A: Thank you for your question. Engine starting, then stopping is often the result of stale fuel in the gas tank and carburetor. Untreated gas can cause gum/varnish buildup in the fuel system in as little as 30 days, preventing it from getting to the cylinder. Start with a fresh tank of high-octane ethanol-free fuel using a quality stabilizer like STA-BIL® or StarTron®. If the unit fails to start after off-season storage it may simply require a carburetor cleaning, contact us at 1-866-523-5218 for assistance with this.

Q: Wondering what type of blade adapter is needed to attach the "power rake 6 in 1 lawn blade" product number 60-61044. It looks like the yardworks mower has a 5 star configuration at the blade attachment and the power rake will not attach properly.
