Worst money I ever spent on a piece of machinery

Every year has been something despite being covered and fuel stabilizer added during summer. Fuel lines rotted out. Carburetor never ran right - replaced whole unit. Tires rotted out and went flat. Drive belt chewing through plastic cover. This year, no spark and pulling it apart now. Never had this much difficulty with anything gas powered in my life.

No, I do not recommend this product.

    Great Machine !!!!

I bought the snow blower at the Belleville Canadian Tire. It was all put together. I got it home and had a new jug of gas and filled the tank primed it 3 times...checked the oil...first pull it fired up. We had some ice and snow in the driveway and it cut right thru it. I'm very pleased. It's the first snow blower I have ever had. Now the shovel can have a rest. Let the machine to the job.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Great little snowthrower

I bought this machine a year ago and I have been very happy with it. I did a lot of research and of all the machines in this price range, this was the only one with all of the features I was looking for: - Tire size at least 15" - Headlight included, GREAT when you have to clear snow at night. - Plastic chute- doesn't heat up and block with snow like a metal chute can. More durable than you'd think. - Chute angle and direction can be adjusted while in operation- very handy. Without tire chains there is some slipping on inclines, but this is a great little machine if you have reasonable expectations and use it properly. In deep heavy snow, maybe cut in smaller amounts and use the lowest speed for more power. This is my second winter with this snow-thrower and it has tackled everything Atlantic Canada can throw at it.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Never started

Bought brand new at Canadian Tire. Followed manual to the letter. Would not start or even turn over. Full gas and oil, safety key is in, ignition is on choke, speed is on full, engine is primed, spark plug is not wet. Tried manual start and electric. Nothing. Returned for full refund.

No, I do not recommend this product.

    Great little machine

I bought this unit a couple of months ago when it was on sale less $100. With all the snow we get in Bragg Creek, AB, one needs a dependable snow blower. This unit is absolutely fantastic.... I've used the electric start once, but have been manually starting it ever since the first time. Always starts on first pull -- just follow normal starting procedures. This unit is easy to use (1 hand operation while in drive); nice feature is that you can control the chute while the unit is in operation. I recommend this unit to everyone that needs a solid, dependable snow plow. You WON'T be disappointed.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: How many HP is 208cc.?

    • A: cc or cubic centimeter is a measurement of volume and there is no direct correlation to power which is a measurement of energy output. You cannot say that two different engines of the same cc will generate the same amount of power.
