The chair stitching started coming apart within 3 weeks of using and continues to get bigger. The chair itself was easy to put together and seems comfortable otherwise

Great chair only one problem

I love the chair and it does everything it should. My only problem is u have to have it blasted nearly full volume (which is extremely loud) in order for the vibration to hit hard. There is a knob u can use to turn up the vibration but having it cranked u still need to have the volume pretty.much blasted as well. A easy fix is to take black duct tape and put it over the speakers in the headrest and it muffles the sound enough wear u get all the vibration and ur ears don't bleed lol

Q: Purchased the chair. Brought the first one back. No vibrations are felt through the chair. And cannot be connected to PS4 via bluetooth. No vibrations felt with either unit.? Any ideas?

A: Everyone who is thinking of purchasing this chair for use with Playstation, stay away. Xrocker customer support has told me it is NOT compatible with Sony products. Don't ask me why they clearly promote it as compatible with Playstation!
