Great tool but why doesnt it have USB C for charge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very useful tool but charging can be a pain due to the barrel plug. It would be perfect if it had a USB C port for charging instead so you dont have to hunt for the charger.

This worx tool is the best driver ever made for my job!!

Q: How do you secure a drill bit in the chuck? The directions indicate turning something (the chuck?) to secure bits in the unit, but no matter how I tried to turn it I was unsuccessful in securing a bit in the drill.

A: Thank you for your question. The chuck is hex shaped and we recommend using hex shank bits. You do not need to turn the chuck. As long as hex shank bits are used the bits will stay in place until you remove it by pulling it out. Thank you for choosing Worx!

Q: I'm concerned the WX252L is going off the market. It seems to be out of stock. I have 2 friends that want one and I'm concerned that I won't be able to find a replacement for myself if I should wear mine out. Please tell me that you are continuing it!

A: The XTD XTENDED REACH DRIVER includes 8 bits (PH0, PH1, PH2, SL4, SL6, SQ2, T15, T20) and can accommodate any 1/4" hex bit. Customize the XTENDED REACH DRIVER to the job by using 1/4" hex bit you may need, which can be purchased at any local hardware or home improvement store.
