I won’t use it till spring but I am sure It will work out well. I am disappointed however that I didn’t receive the free battery as promised. This is the second time that I didn’t received a free battery as it was promised with the purchase.

WOULD LOVE TO RATE THIS HIGHER BUT AM STILL HAVING MUCH DIFFICULTY GETTING THE HANDLE INSTALLED!!!!! THE BOOKLET THAT ACCOMPANIED THIS PRODUCT WAS NO HELP AT ALL!!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! STILL CANNOT USE IT!!!!

A: I called support when this happened to mine and they had me take off handle then put back on making sure it was aligned and screw was in tightly…my timer worked immediately after doing this!

Q: I bought this model last year, used it 5 or 6 times, 1.5 hrs total. I put it away for winter. Charged it again in the Spring and - nothing. Is there a reset button or something. I will take the battery back to Williams Lake Canadian Tire and see if they w

Q: I have the hedge trimmer and love it, but it's getting dull. Would like to get just the hedgetrimmer without the battery or charger as I have 3 along with a bunch of Worx tools. I love them all. I was put on a waiting list for that last fall.
