This light provides a good amount of glow for a tent or small cabin. I would prefer it did not have the variety of coloured light but rather just the white. I like that I can recharge it rather than using batteries.

Perfect For Tent

Light weight and perfect for the tent. Being able to turn it red or green also helps at night for night vision and not trying to wake up others in the tent. I don't know if it was made like this on purpose or not, but when you shut it off, there's a very faint (like half a lumon) blue glow that comes from it.

Q: How do you turn it off? When I press the button, it still glows a very faint blue.

A: Ours works awesome, in fact we bought a second one this past summer. If you press the button to turn it off it changes from clear to red then green and then off, I think. Sorry, don’t have the light close by to check colours. But it never stayed a bluish Color after turning it off. I would think there may be a problem with the light and return it for a replacement. But like I said we now have two and love them for in our screen house for grandkids and the other hanging off our awning as a light to guide us home to our door.
