    Absolutely the best camping stove

When all the other campers are eating cold beans because it’s a windy day, you will enjoy hot bacon and eggs. Radiant is the only way to go, but they are getting difficult to find.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Works Great!

No complaints! Good quality, and surprisingly efficient... A single Coleman 16 Oz propane canister lasted the whole weekend (3 nights - 2 lunches - 2 breakfasts) If you’re into camping it’s worth the extra couple bucks!

    EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS

Bought this stove for my week long fishing trip.Hooked up my 5lb propane tank to it and it outperformed my colman. 1st very even heat, 2nd low heat setting boiled water and fried food quickly, 3rd due to cooking well on low heat I saved on propane usage and 4th built very well. One minor improvement would be a case to prevent dings and scratches.

    Worked great for two months

I was very happy with this stove when I bought it. It worked fine last season but when we went to use it this spring only one burner radiates the second just a flame. Not sure if I can even get replacement parts or if it can be fixed. Great stove when it works!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: What is the minimum and maximum heat output temperature? My research online are telling me that infrared stoves such as this cannot be used for low-heat cooking, such as simmering. Is that true? Also, would the highest setting be too hot for teflon (500F)?

    1 Answer
    • A: There are too many variables involved with cooking outdoors to accurately report the min and max heat output of a given burner. The burner control knob enables the user to control the heat, and the stove can be used at low or high settings like other propane stoves. If you read about Teflon, it’s never a good idea to overheat it as the surface can be damaged which exposes the user to a number of health risks – this is true at home and at the campsite. So, regardless of how much heat the burner can put out, it’s NEVER advisable to use the MAX setting when using Teflon, or any other non-stick coating.
