A: I think it needs to be secured to the ground to be most stable. I don’t think it would work very well in a deck. Otherwise it is great and we like it.

Q: Easy to set up but how do you take it down.....cannot get the hub to fold down

A: For those struggling to get the hub to budge - the first joint will fold in and down, be gentle and firm, there is tension.flipped it over , it was easier. Hey Manufacturer - improve your support desk - just repeating what was already in the manual is not enough. Hey CT - hold these guys to account please - I know it’s inexpensive products but with a little knowledge they work fine

Q: Woods easy up 11 by 11 feet How do you take it down? We folded the shortened legs over, no problem, but what do we do now the rods do not waant to fold over or foled down??? Thank you

A: Thank you for your interest in the Woods Instant Shelter, 11-ft x 11-ft. To take down the shelter, please follow the set up instructions in reverse order. Remember to push the silver LOCKING BUTTONS and telescope the STEEL LEG POLES. Push down on the ARM JOINTS while rotating the STEEL LEG POLES up to flatten the shelter. Fold up shelter, lay the shelter down on its side and roll out the excess air and put back into the bag.
