Amazing product

I did not expect something so small to be so powerful but it was. It could light up my whole basement, perfect for outdoors or power outages.

I was very surprised at how bright this flashlight was. I believe it gives off as much light as any top name flashlight. It doesn't have as durable of a casing as more expensive lights but its light weight makes it impervious to drops. Once extended into a lantern, it would light up the entire campsite.

Q: Out of the box, put 3 batters in the tube, but they are loose. There is a spring at the centre on both the lid and the bottom of the shaft. The batters are loose and can be heard and felt rattling around with the lid TIGHT. Am I missing a piece?

A: Instruction for battery replacement: Unscrew the tail cap and take out the battery case. Please find attached image for this part. Load the batteries in the battery case according to the polarity mark on the battery case, insert this part in the tube, and then tighten the tail cap

Q: Specs say the "run time" is 2 hours. Does that mean the light only lasts two hours on fully charged batteries. That doesn't seem right.

A: The lumen output and run time on the current packaging is wrong. It should be max output of 120 lumens and burn time of 3.5 hrs on high.
