Great bnet on sale

I bought this hockey net on sale from CT six months ago. The description says it's not intended for hockey pucks but I bought it cheap with the intention of shooting a green biscuit at and seeing what happens. So far I've put some dents in the posts but its holding up. The velcro that secures the net to the posts come off after 10 or so shots to the same area of the net but I think the velcro is taking most of the impact so the net itself hasn't taken any damage from the biscuit. Overall I've been pleasantly surprised with the quality knowing that I'm using it incorrectly. I saved about $100 compared to a net intended for hockey pucks and I plan on getting some foam for some of the posts this summer to protect them.

Followed the directions to a T. Won't assemble properly, what does fit is sloppy. Not even good enough for Tomatoe stakes.

Q: If I use a real puck will it break

A: This particular model is only suitable for use with street hockey pucks and balls only. If you were to train with ice hockey pucks the posts would likely dent and the mesh would degrade over time. If you would like a net to train with ice hockey pucks then the WinnWell Proform Heavy Duty Hockey Net, 72-in (Product #074-4100-2) would be a better option.

A: There are three additional snap clips included inside each mesh package in the event that some clips are missing or damaged. If the snap clips are working properly and the net is fully assembled then these additional snap clips are not required. Hope that addresses your question.

A: Unfortunately this particular model is only suitable for use with street hockey pucks and balls only. If you would like a net to train with ice hockey pucks then the WinnWell Proform Heavy Duty Hockey Net, 72-in (Product #074-4100-2) would be a better option.
