We bought the Winix because of are past expirence with our larger unit.
This is for a bedroom and it makes the air very fresh. It will also clean alot of dust particles out of the air.
You can vacuum the filter or air blow it to clean in which you will find needs doing monthly or even every 2 week's as it's very efficient.
Runs very quiet and has night mode so even quieter. Recommend the unit

A: Hello, this unit can be put in the sleep mode manually. You can take it off of the sleep mode by going into the auto mode or manually setting the fan speed. The unit also does have a light sensor that will automatically turn on if the space the product is being used in goes below a certain level of lumens.
