It’s more like a thin plastic and not silicone. Returned it without even trying to use it. I could just imagine it getting wrinkled/creased when not in use and tearing easily over time.

Puts an end to the mess on the counter while making bread , dough, and stays in place and very easy to clean.Didn't move while working on it. It is very light and easy to store fold roll etc.....
