I have to tell you, I have tried a lot of pans. But after I tried THIS ONE! Game over I’m done. Cakes done, golden brown beautiful.

Discouraged Heartbroken Baker

I used it as soon as it came . I was so excited to use it and I knew it would work better than the other pan I had. But no! My sour cream pound cake burned so bad it was heartbreaking. Thank goodness it at least baked through but It burned on the sides and the button after only baking for 45 minutes at 325° . It was supposed to bake for 1hr20min. I greased and floured the pan as I always do. This recipe has always worked for me and lately using the new Bundt pan that are heavy and coated don't seem to work with me. Can you please help me with the proper way to use this type of pan with temperature and time instructions. I'm used to using Vintage Stainless steel tube pan (thinner).. But mine was stolen. Please HELP.. I'd appreciate any suggestions and instructions on how to bake in this type of pan. Thank you
