Wipeout MAX Worked very well on perennial bindweed

Note: this is a review for Wipeout MAX, not ULTRA. They have different active ingredients. MAX is the one I used and has "Glyphosate (as isopropylamine salt)" whereas the other Wipeout products have totally different active ingredients. (Not sure if Glyphosate has been banned or something.) This worked very well for us. We've been trying for 15 years to control the perennial bindweed around all perimeters of our property. We tried this product in late June. After the first spray, not much happened for a few days except for a bit of yellowing, and then we sprayed again -- a few days later the bindweed was completely brown and shriveled! Also worked well on the Canada thistle whose rampant roots come over to our side from the neighbour's yard, although this also took 2 applications.

Merci! WilsonHomeGardenProducts

Hello, this product is temperature related. You need to have steady warm temperatures in the 20’s for a couple of weeks before it will be effective. It has been too cold for the product to work. It will work eventually but only when it warms up. Thank you! WilsonHomeGardenProducts

Q: How long before it’s safe to let my dog walk the area that was treated

A: Hello, it is safe once the product has dried but it is better if you avoid the treated area for 7 to 10 days so the soil is not disturbed and the product gets to the roots. Thank you!
