Avoid this camera at any price

This camera seems to go into sleep mode after it's mounted and won't work again till I take it down and jiggle the batteries. I can set it up , test it all looks good, but when I go to check 1 - 2 days later it's blank, nothing on the display. no pictures, other than me leaving, but not myself going back to it. At this point nothing works till I pull the batteries and put them back in. Test batteries, they're good, put them back in, all's good. But the cam will be dead when I go back next time, Junk Junk Junk

Worst camera I've used.

Hard on batteries and takes very few pictures compared to our other cameras. I have purchased other brands of cameras at Canadian Tire and they work fine.

Great Camera for Day Shots, Not for Night

This camera is great if you are looking to do day shots (did not try the video feature). Night time though the shots are very blurry. I was quite disappointed about this as I mainly wanted to use this at night.

Q: does it come equipped with mounting hardware?

A: It comes with a strap to hold it to the tree, but if you want to use any trail camera in the bush, you should build a metal box for it. Elk and bear like to play with cameras.

A: Yes camera is motion activated unless it is set on Time lapse. PIR range is approx 47 degrees . When movement in that range from front of camera then camera will trigger
