Bionaire wick filter replacement

I won't rate them excellent due to the fact that they last me approx. 3/4 weeks before they dry up... I have 2 of these humidifiers... Go through 8 - 10 of these per season. $$$ Other filters of other makes of humidifiers used to last me longer but when they are in use they get the job done !

The replacement filter is good. It is the machine itself that is moderate. The life of the machine is poor. I had purchased 3 of these over a few years and had problems with all of them. The filters are good and the performance of the machine is good at first. With time it leaks and has to be put in a tray to avoid a mess on the floor.

Q: Will This Fit a BCM7255 ? The filter looks the same, and when I google "Bionaire BCM7255" this was the 2nd result, so I assume that it will fit.
