Glass door smashed in box

Got the unit home and the glass door which was packed at the bottom of the box was completely smashed and broken. Complete waste of my time picking it up and then driving right back to return it.

Q: Is this far infrared heating plates? How long to reach temp? What is max temp?

A: The heat comes from 5 heating panels. The max temperature is aroung 140 degrees. Ideal temperate for maximum health benefits is between 112 and 120 F. Above that the health benefits are minimal. It will take about 25 minutes to reach 120 degrees
