Well made perfect for your home gym I am 265 lbs and it works great. Several levels of resistance
takes about a hour and a half to build. I picked it up on sale , I am very happy with the purchase .

Purchased yesterday. Was simple to put together but was very time consuming. Used for the first time today. Feels very wobbly but does the job. The manual isn't very helpful when it comes to the programs. It only tells you how to choose a program but not what the programs are. Also, it did NOT come with a water bottle holder as stated in the features.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: This is included on page 6 of the manual: In addition to the included tool(s), assembly requires the following tools: - one adjustable wrench - one Philips screwdriver - one rubber mallet Assembly may be easier if you have a set of wrenches. To avoid damaging parts, do not use power tools.

Q: There are 6 programs with this machine but no explanation in the manual on what the programs are. Where can I find out how to use these programs?

A: We would consider these workouts timed workouts. They do have a target rpm in them but they are time based. Program #1 20 min (45-60 RPM) Program #2 30 min (45-65 RPM) Program #3 30 min (50-60 RPM) Program #4 30 min (45-65 RPM) Program #5 20 min (45-60 RPM) Program #6 30 min (50-70 RPM)

Q: does it have interval setting with the different programs. If so are they 1 minute or two minute work cycles?

A: This bike lets you set a workout goal, if desired. To set a time, distance, calorie-burning, or pulse goal for your workout, press the MODE button repeatedly until the word TIME, DIST, CAL, or P appears in the display. Make sure that the word SCAN does not appear in the display. Next, press the SET button repeatedly to set a goal. To set a goal quickly, hold down the SET button. To reset the goal, press the RESET button. As you exercise, the console will provide instant feedback about your workout. If you have set a workout goal, a tone will sound for several seconds when you reach your goal; if you continue to exercise, the display will begin to count upward.
