Keys don't work??

Why do the keys provided with the lock just spin freely, they don't engage the lock or anything at all it's just free spinning the key and you can spin it as many times as you want, I cannot find help for this online?

Beautiful Lock, Difficult to install

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The design of the Weiser look is really sleek and stylist but it is a a task difficult I Install. The lock and handle itself is fairly straightforward but the number pad is difficult. We had to call a locksmith to install it all for us. Overall I love the security the lock offers, I tend to forget my keys a lot and with this keyless entry option.. Life is a little more simple.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I just want to start this review by thanking Influenster. We are making a lot of changes and renovations to our house and this was the most amazing complimentary item to receive and get to review. Therefore, this review was incentivized. I absolutely love the sleek black look and it was a great upgrade to our previous front door handle. The installation was tricky because I had to cut one of the holes bigger to make it work, however, the instructions were very detailed and explained what to do with different types of doors. Once we had the proper measurements the installation process was a breeze. I love the ease of having the keyless entry and the option to rekey the door if ever needed in the future. I will need to do some small touch ups to our door to fix the paint and previous holes as you may see in the picture. Overall I love this handle so much and would recommend Weiser it to any homeowner looking to upgrade door handles around their home.
