Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear the lock didn’t fit your door. Please know that this model fits standard doors with a backset borehole diameter of 2 1/8”, a backset of 2 3/8” or 2 ¾”, a 1” diameter door edge borehole, and a door thickness of 1 3/8” to 1 ¾”.
