Product quality is good. I installed three of them in my home. It was necessary to make sure installation is good to ensure very smooth operation, and took care to ensure bolt cannot hit strike plate during operation. With that done, product works well. Would like to see auto-lock feature have a timeout period of minutes/hours instead of maximum 50 seconds, but still useful.

A: Depending in the model, you may have the rekey option. But best place is any locksmiths shop. Most can do new keys, tumbler or cylinder

Q: how quiet is the locking mechanism? we have a schlage and it can wake the dead when used; EZSet available at canadian tire same price and super quiet (from AirBnB we rented)

Q: Bolt slow to lock and won't open all the way. Have reinstalled several times with same result. Manually a little stiff to start locking. Any suggestions?
