It seems a little flimsy but works for what we need, and the price was right. New out of the package, the keys wouldn’t turn either of the locks. After trying the rekeying instructions didn’t work, we called Weiser customer support and they sent us a new set of cylinders with replacement instructions. That fixed the problem, so kudos to them for the excellent service. Overall we’re pleased with this purchase.
