Poor customer service!

I was told by Weber that a replacement cover for my old Weber Genesis 1000 should be model 7757. But, I have found that the model 7139 fits much better. The 7757 is too wide.

I love this cover! It fits perfectly and repels raindrops - they simply bead up. It’s lightweight compared to my previous one and seems like it it will be much easier to keep clean.
