Given the details instructions that come with a Weber grill, you would think this little unit would have instructions or even a PDF instructions here on the web page. Nope. One is left having to figure out the right amount of burger meat to use. Make sure to use parchment paper to line the press to be able to remove the patties when done pressing. About ready to throw this away and just use my hands ...

No, I do not recommend this product.

Thank you for your feedback. So sorry for the confusion. A piece of parchment paper does work really well so that it doesn't stick to the inside. We will be sure to share this information with our team for consideration. Thank you!

    A must buy

I love how the Weber burger press shapes the burgers. What I do is use hamburger patty paper in the fiberglass to shape my burgers and lift it up with a spatula. I allow my burgers to cool overnight before I grill them. Before I shape my burgers I season them and allow them to cool overnight and once they have chilled I take them out and shape them into a ball and place them on the bottom and press it to shape it using patty paper. It really works when you do it this way. I love how it takes shape. Really worth buying and it’s something that will really last and give quality results.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

it works better that doing it by hand. I find the 1/2 lbs to big and the 1/3 lbs too small. Just used the 1/4 lbs side and over fill it so the press didn't reach the bottom.
