Shower head works well s described. Despite low water pressure in my home, I get a good flow. Easy installation.
However packaging is nearly impossible to open without tin cutters. Kitchen scissors and knives will not work. There is a real risk of injury in trying to open this plastic packaging.

Very nice full, but quiet water flow. Can't say I can so much for dialing in the various flow options though. The flat spray in particular, goes everywhere.
