Shower head is cracked at the top in the online photo of the product!

Doesn't say much for the product if the online picture shows that it is cracked at the top of the shower head! How in the world did this picture even make it online for advertising?

No, I do not recommend this product.

Water regulator didn't work.

I went through 2 of these before giving up and buying something else. The first shower head had been repackaged which I didn't notice until getting home. When I opened it, it appeared to be complete. However, all the pieces weren't together. Installation was relatively easy but when I turned on the water, there was absolutely no water flow. I checked that the pivot ball was assembled correctly, tried it again and still zero water. Returned it to the store and got one that hadn't previously been opened. This unit had the same problem - no water flow. I then took out the water regulator and it worked. I returned this one also. At this price you shouldn't have to be pulling parts out to make it work. Another issue was the range the shower head can be adjusted. It is very limited. .

Q: height of the shower head Only have ~6" clearance from the bottom of the shower arm to the ceiling of the shower thx

1 Answer

A: The ATC-473 is approx. 8" in height. It has a pivot ball at the base of the bracket that will allow you the clearance to do the install however you will have limited allowance to pivot the arm in any other position. The showerhead would be always be in a downward position. If this is not suitable I would recommend the LCR-833 (63-0321-6).
