Waterline's push-fit water heater connector kit makes connecting tubing to your water heater simple. The fittings join copper, CPVC and PEX tubing quickly without soldering, clamps, unions or glue. Certified to 200 psi and 93Â°C, the components ensure a secure connection that withstands high pressure and temperature. The three-piece kit includes 1/2" by 3/4" female pipe threads, providing everything needed for an instant, easy connection.

Q: Size of shark bite water heater kit connectors What is the size pipe or pex they connect with and the size of the pipe thread that would be on the water heater. I am considering them for hooking up a shower faucet control to 1/2-inch pex.

A: There are 2 of these kits available. Kit 1: 2 3/4" FNPT x 3/4" SharkBite female adapters Kit 2: 2 3/4" FNPT x 1/2" SharkBite female adapters A 1/2" SB x 1/2" FNPT adapter is available, it is just not offered in a kit.
