Excellent little unit. For the price you can’t go wrong. As good pressure and adjustable and easy to clean up. Definitely would recommend this product.

A: Thank you for reaching out to us. Control Spray designed for use with light bodied materials such as water based lacquer and transparent, semi-transparent and thinned stains. Primer and latex paint are not recommended for the Control Spray. Our Flexio series will work with exterior latex paint- https://www.wagnerspraytech.com/product-series/flexio-series/

A: It would work, but it's one of our smaller sprayers, and really is meant for small projects. Q: Would like to spray wood chairs with varnish. Would it work if diluted?

A: Yes, thin varnish with mineral spirits by 10%. Spray from 6" away and apply a wet coat. If it's spitting, cut down on the amount of varish. Call us for more tips at 1-800-328-8251.

A: Yes, it uses a turbine to produce airflow at 1.9 psi and it works great with stains and thin paints for any fine finishing projects.
