Great Product & Excellent Customer Experience

I bought 6 of these at a great price. The frame is made of steel, as opposed to sling or wicker, and should last longer even if I leave them outside for the winter months. The chair is wide & deep, I am 5'-5" and just tall enough to touch the back support. The cushion is typical, and I find the pillow a little too soft. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase considering the price I paid.
I normally shop at the Woodbine & Major Mac location and the customer service is okay. Due to the lack of inventory, I went to the Silver Linden location yesterday. The store was extremely busy to a point where it was difficult to push the shopping cart around. With that said, the first employee I spoke to helped me locate these chairs quickly and asked me numerous times if I needed help loading them, which I declined without realizing how heavy they were. After paying, the cashier made sure that the chairs are in his view as I was pulling up my car. As I was loading the cushions & pillows into my car, a young gentlemen approached me explaining that he is an employee who just finished his shift about 10 minutes ago and seeing if I needed help loading the chairs, which I gladly accepted this time. The 3 employees I encountered were super nice, helpful, and considerate, especially the 3rd gentlemen who wasn't even on his shift anymore. Whoever the store manager is, you did a fantastic job hiring the right people and training them right way.

Picked up two of these last week and love them!. Solid made frame and cushions are good quality and great colours! Going to pick up two more this week! I would have given 5 stars if there were more options in the line for products.

A: The cushion sits on top of the steel with a couple of straps on the back to secure it properly.
