It appears the product may not have been used as intended. The bristles are heat-safe up to 171°C (340°F) and should not be used over direct flame or coals. For gas grills, please ensure the burners are turned off and wait for 1 minute before use. For infrared grills, wait 3 minutes after turning off the burners. For charcoal grills, wait until the coals are completely out before using the brush. Please consult the manual for further instructions.
