    Q: I bought a set of Master Chef glass Clip Lid storage part #142-4973-2 and am having a real problem with the lids not staying locked. The slightest movement makes them snap open. Never had them in the dishwasher, oven or microwave. Don't have receipt.

    • A: I’m sorry to hear you’re having troubles with your lids.  My experience has been absolutely the opposite.  My legs fit very tightly, firm and don’t pop open even if dropped on the ground.

    Q: how good is the leap proofing? if you shake it and turn it upside down does it stay leakproof?

    • A: Yes, the glass containers are leakproof. It will stay leakproof if you shake it and turn it upside down. Please make sure to wash the silicon rings first before using. Thank you!
