Thanks for the feedback! If the coating is taking a long time to cure, environmental factors such as low temperatures or high humidity can impact the paint's ability to dry sufficiently. You can run fans to help move stagnant air, which will help with drying! rustoleum-ca

Q: How long does the odour continue after application? Is it low VOC

A: The odour lasted several days- we used outside in garage due to smell associated with the product. Do not know the VOC. Sorry not much help. It worked but there is an odour. Just use outside where good ventilation
