Trying to get a fire lit is an exercise in frustration and requires 30-60 minutes of feeding it paper, cardboard, kindling, propane torch to try to get the (dry) wood to light and keep burning. That’s while fighting all the smoke that continually pours into your house every time you dare to have the door open. It feels like this stove is actively working to prevent a fire from happening. Once I FINALLY get a fire going, often with an hour or two of having to have the door cracked open for it to get enough air, it never really gets HOT. So much effort with this stove for so little result. Has been a continual exercise in frustration.

No, I do not recommend this product.
