Never buy from this company

I bought 7 pieces last summer. Thought It would be a great addition to my backyard. After only having it for two months it rusted even pitted. My new deck had rust all over it. When I phone the company they wanted to come take a look. We were fine with it .but by the time they decided to come ,it was the following summer But the only compensation they wanted to give us was new cushions . No thanks. But a big thank you for canadian tire for taking the set back and we repurchased a new set from another company.

Les différents modules permettent de créer une configuration sur mesure; prend beaucoup moins de place que la plupart des mobiliers de patio. Qualité OK pour le prix mais sans plus; après un an la rouille commence à faire son apparition sur les tiges de metal et parfois l'eau s'infiltre s'y infiltre . Quand on déplace le mobilier parfois l'eau emprisonnée s'écoule et elle est teinté de orange (rouille?).

When this furniture set gets wet, an orange liquid leaks out the bottom. it stained our deck and im not happy about it. Im not sure if its rust or what. But this set was certainly not worth the $1200 we paid (and that was on sale at the end of last season!)
Perhaps it may be better on a covered patio that wont get rained on.
Save your money and buy something better.

Remarkable fit, look and comfort

I have searched for two years for a set that makes my balcony look beautiful and look like the furniture belongs there. The side tables are amazing, and the sitting comfort of the chair and corner unit is remarkable. I put them together and have an amazing chaise lounge. Bravo Umbra and Candian Tire...my condo is complete

Q: How is this packaged? Is the box size the same for both corner unit and chair (33"x33"x16")?

A: The furniture is packed into boxes with handle inserts so they’re easy to carry. The Armless unit box is slightly smaller than the Corner Unit. Below are the dimensions of the boxes: 88-0565 Armless – 29”x29”x16” 88-0564 Corner Unit – 33”x33”x16”

Q: How can I 'tighten' the cushion clip? The seat cushions slip a bit.

A: The cushion clips on product 88-0565 are fixed and non-adjustable. This is to allow some movement of the cushions so that the clips/straps do not tear from being too tight. The primary function of the clips is to prevent the cushions from blowing away when the item is used on balconies and above ground patios.

Q: Will you be carrying this item next spring? I purchased 2 corner units and one middle unit but might consider buying another middle unit and corner unit next spring to make an L shape. Do you expect to still be carrying this item then?

Q: Can I stack the set for storage can the middle piece stack on the corner piece and vise versa?

A: The middle can stack on the corner if it is turned upside down so that the seat of the middle rests on the seat of the corner unit. However the chairs were not designed to be stored this way and there is a possibility that handling damage such as torn rattan may occur if not nested carefully.

A: The frame is steel and it is powder coated to resist rust, however steel, unlike aluminum, can eventually rust.
