Bad experience must have been a defect

Air cartridge gets jammed and safety locks up while shooting tried to return it at the north Lethbridge Alberta location and they gave me a horrible experience just trying to find a solution the customer service worker was very rude and unhelpful and not to mention unprofessional they looked at me like I was a crack head looking for a fix that was the impression they put me under she didn’t know anything about store policies or even costumer satisfaction I had to ask to speak to a supervisor

Don't buy this it's Gen 3. The trigger pull is rock hard, totally wrong.
Gen 5 is already for sale. Better in every way. This Gen 3 is overpriced.

Q: Why is it being called Glock 12 when it clearly says Glock 19? And wondering if it is considered a prohibited device being that its an official liscened Glock replica and that the firearm act states that replicas are Prohibited in Canada? Nice gun tho
